Review and correct the filled invoice. The app calculates amounts and VAT using the rate configured in the profile, when VAT is enabled, and creates a PDF after confirmation.
For an eligible paid plan, the PDF can include a Swiss QR payment section. Invoices, quotes and client records sync through the account across devices.

Free-plan invoices do not include the QR section, and quotes never carry a QR payment slip.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in French, German, Italian and English. Invoices and quotes can be issued in those four languages and Spanish. For Spanish documents, the QR payment slip is printed in English.
